I should also note that when I was downloading snap and Deb updates, the UI of the whole OS stopped responding to clicks, I switched to tty6 and then back again after a while and then closed LibreOffice (it was open) and it wouldn't re-open, so this issue could be related to that. I wasn't able to get journal records of the OS break.
