Fresh install ubuntu 18.10 desktop.
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade -y && sudo apt install virt-manager -y 
&& reboot
virt-manager version: 1:1.5.1-0ubuntu2

When i try to switch on existing not working bridge virbr0, i receive a error:
Error starting interface 'virbr0': this function is not supported by the 
connection driver: virInterfaceCreate

When i try to create new bridge, i receive another error:
