Public bug reported: I don't use my Windows partition, except once in a while, when I need files from it, so I do not boot from it. When I saw "boot" checked, amongst various other flags, I unchecked it (I probably didn't need to - I don't know what all those flags do, anyway...) On the overview summary, "Clear all flags for /dev/sda2" (or similar wording) appeared 3 times. I only unchecked one flag (only one was checked), so why the line was repeated three times, I don't know...
