Public bug reported: Double-clicking on the "Install Lubuntu 18.10" icon on the desktop in the live-session results in the Window "Execute File" appearing, and it asks what we want to do with "...what seems to be a desktop entry". The options "Open", "Execute", and "Cancel" appear (with "Execute" highlighted). I suppose I should have figured "Execute" was the right option, but one normally "Open"s an application, so I tried that first... Nope.
