Here is the output of lspci -vvnn on my computer. It's from the 256GB version of the samsung NVMe. On my systems I've never had any corruption problems, even moving large (60GB+) VM files and installing OS on ext4 multiple times. Currently running stock LM 19. Hope this helps.
