This is also reported as a KDE bug, but I think the problem really lies in the Kubuntu package. The same fault is also reported for Latvian on the KDE mailing list. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150729
The solution is really easy: Remove the package /usr/share/locale-langpack/nb/LC_MESSAGES/guidance.mo and restart the application, then everything should be ok. Can this please be fixed in an upgrade?
