When trying to run `update-ieee-data`:
# update-ieee-data

Downloading http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/oui.txt to
/var/lib/ieee-data//oui.txt
wget -q -O- http://standards.ieee.org/regauth/oui/oui.txt exit with 8
It seems the url are simply wrong in the script. all the files are at
http://standards-oui.ieee.org/ now.
Just update the script with the correct url. Thanks
