Binary package hint: eclipse

After a fresh gutsy install, got eclipse source from "apt-get source
eclipse". Command to build: "dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -uc -b"

Error message:

Another question: Is there somewhere any documentation about how this
eclipse package was created (specially the upstream source)?
