I was trying to make the bug better reproducable. I now think it's a bug
in ibus-anthy. Firefox will btw. have the same behavior.

Here are the steps:

- install ibus and ibus anthy
- start ibus ( startmenu -> ibus )
- startmenu -> language support -> "keyboard input method system" -> set it to
"ibus"
- reboot / logout, login (to make the setting apply)
- open mousepad
- write in English (letters), try to save, cancel: no problem
- randomly hit some keys on the keyboard to make some JP characters appear.
- Hit Enter to accept Japanese input (usual behavior for JP input so far) -
After Enter the dotted line under the input should be gone
- Press Ctrl+S  for saving
- Cancel saving with Esc
- Input is not possible anymore. You need to restart Anthy (in the traybar) to
be able to do further input.

As this is (clearly(?)) an Anthy bug, this is not the right place for placing
it anymore, am I right?
