I have to revoke that I said earlier, the bug is fixed on my system. It is not fixed.
However, I am seeing the bug only on some of my USB ports. I suspect these ports are actually no native USB ports but internal HUB ports. I will try to find out more. Still I am wondering, why it would not work on a HUB port.
