@shock99er: yours is probably a different issue. @Jeb: I'm seeing a slightly different problem. Note that after installing gnome-software-plugin-flatpak, you'll need to kill the running instance of gnome-software for it to reload the flatpak plugin (`killall gnome-software`). When I do that and download the gimp flatpak from https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.gimp.GIMP, gnome-software then complains that runtime "org.gnome.Platform" is not available.
This looks similar to bug #1754864, although not exactly the same issue. In this case, I think the problem is that gnome-software doesn't know where to find the GNOME platform runtime, because it is missing the corresponding flatpakrepo file. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1776069 Title: "Don't know how to handle 'file:///home/<username>/Downloads/<filename>.flatpakref'" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-software/+bug/1776069/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
