"No additional drivers available." is not a bug. You already have
working drivers installed as shown in comment #2, and Lspci.txt, and
XorgLog.txt.
However, if you would like to try a different driver you can run:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu
or try:
sudo apt install xserver-xorg-video-radeon
