Hi: I'm trying to install Gutsy on my laptop, AMD Sempron 3500, 1 GB RAM, 120 GB hd, Video adapter NVIDIA GeForce Go 6100. Currently I'm running Windows Vista (it came with the pc) and working just fine. When I try to boot from the live cd I get a Bios Bug #81 and then it freezes when trying to boot. I tried to check the cd for errors but got the same problem. Somebody suggested to try the alternate installation, but I don't think that's gonna solve the problem. In the meantime, how do I boot with apci=off? Thanks.
