I followed this instructions
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection#Reverse_commit_bisecting_upstream_kernel_versions)
to make a reverse commit bisect

Output of the last git bisect:

$ git bisect good
3549130ef7f6ec732a7770ea0ac36231be85a089 is the first bad commit
commit 3549130ef7f6ec732a7770ea0ac36231be85a089

    drm/amd/display: Call update_stream_signal directly from amdgpu_dm

    There's no good place in DC to cover all place where stream signal should
    be updated. update_stream_signal depends on timing which comes from DM.
