scusate ma non sono pratica di pc ...ho appena iniziato e non conosco l inglese ...quindi scusate se ho sbagliato qualcosa,ma alla fine il mio problema รจ che il pc non si spegne si chiude tutto ma resta lo schermo nero con cursore acceso ma non lampeggiante,devo spegnerlo con il tasto sempre.........ho bisogno di aiuto per risolvere grazie
