Explanation: managers_qposmgrlinxker.c still has unwrapped calls to the
deprecated init_timer() function.
Possible fix: update 21-linux415.patch to wrap all the remaining calls
to init_timer() with #if LINUX_VERSION_CODE >= KERNEL_VERSION(4, 15, 0)
