Same problem in nx7300 HP laptop (1,8 Mhz, 1GB Ram, 1GB Swap, 80 GB HD) :( I can hibernate in System / Quit. But It doesn't hibernate when the battery is critical. I change the Configuration Editor changed time for policy, and the percentages. Not works :( Version: Ubuntu 7.10 Final.
