Thanks for reporting. CyaSSL seems to have been packaged in Ubuntu for a brief period of time around15.04 [1]. Shortly after, it was renamed to wolfSSL which also caused the package to be renamed. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wolfssl has been available in Ubuntu since 15.10 [2] :)
