My setup:
A server running Ubuntu 18.04, with LDAP, Kerberos and NFS.
Desktop clients running Ubuntu 18.04, with SSSD. Home directories are mounted 
via autofs from the server.

Everything seems to be working as expected: LDAP/Kerberos users can
login, their home directory is available. idmapd works as expected.

Issue: Snap application fail to start. No error is displayed. Journal reports 
(in this particular case the gnome-calculator was launched):

The directory from the first line does exist (and will be created on launch if
