Public bug reported:
cyphermox tested that grub2_2.02-2ubuntu13's reloc patch to grub-mkimage
do generate a bootable image on UEFI.
Needs a smoke-test to make sure we also have working legacy boot (grub-
pc) images generated from grub-mkimage.
