*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1766945 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1766945
I zsynced the Lubuntu bionic-desktop-amd64.iso and received the daily iso file dated 2018-07-14. I tried again in UEFI mode to install it into my Intel NUC from this current daily iso file. - This time there is no swap partition, only zram. I did not swapoff, started the installer without modifying anything. - I tried with the partitioning option Erase Disk (to let the installer use the whole disk). It works :-) The installation worked and the installed system (in UEFI mode) works. - I created a swap partition and swapped on in a new live session, so that it was active as well as zram. I tried again, and it works :-) So the daily iso file dated 2018-07-14 is not affected by this bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1781628 Title: Installing Lubuntu 18.04 into an Intel NUC failed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub-installer/+bug/1781628/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
