Please sync doxyqml 0.3.0-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- Mark package Multi-Arch: foreign, for use as a cross build dependency.
The delta is now included in the Debian package.
Changelog entries since current cosmic version 0.3.0-1ubuntu1:
doxyqml (0.3.0-1.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Add the now required build dependency on python3-distutils.
