When I reinstall all these again they are all in and I get the notice "set to manually installed." for every single on of them. To me this means that the main package that is dependent on all these "set to manually installed." is not installed. If I uninstall VLC I get vlc-noc automatically. If I uninstall VLC the vlc-noc will uninstall, too. If I then install vlc-noc it will notify me with "set to manually installed." I am probably barking up the wrong tree, but it is just the way it comes to me right now.
