Public bug reported: Version 1.4.0 was released in 2014 (https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/pam_radius/releases). There were several changes then, but the important ones are the "force_prompt" and the "prompt=xxx" parameters which allow us to say "hardware token" for our use of radius in an MFA solution.
While the most recent release on github (and consequently on the freeradius site - https://freeradius.org/sub_projects/) is 1.4.0, the master branch indicates the version to be 1.4.1.
