snapd is producing bad POTs. Comparing
snapd_2.32.9+18.04_arm64_translations.tar.gz and
snapd_2.32.9+18.04_i386_translations.tar.gz:

snappy.pot | 1622 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++-
