I have something similiar, but I'm not sure it is the same or not. Here's my case after upgrade from Feisty to Gutsy.
When I load netvibes in firefox and dragging the widget, it is showing very high cpu-usage (nearly 100%). This phenomenon happened when I was viewing large image using comix and dragging around. There's another case, which is when I open the screensaver but I'm not sure whether this is normal or not.
