I see that the importance of this bug is Undecided. Let me tell you something, if I was a Windows user contemplating switching to Linux and would come up against this bug it would be a deal breaker for me. Searching for exact phrase is a basic function of all search tools. BTW I replaced this buggy search tool with Google desktop search.
