Interesting. I think the problem is MyUHC's script and user-agent config. If you notice, the page starts to load, then gives you the error. Now all you have to do is click the "back" arrow, and boom the page loads. Everytime you get the error, click "back" and you can use it just fine. This is what leads me to believe it isn't Konqueror's fault, however I could be wrong.
