Emiliano: I'm grabbing at straws, but try checking for other files in '/etc/X11/Xsession.d/' that might be setting 'export LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1' in the environment. E.g. 'grep -H LIBGL /etc/X11/Xsession.d/*'
