Douglas, you solution worked fine for this VPN. Thank you! Now I will continue on my office VPN (this was a third party VPN) that is even stranger. Here I can connect when I'm at my office, but not from the outside. Strange that L2TP is so hard to get up and running. Anyway, thank you for your help.
