thanks for the hint. I installed the newest version of libinput-bin "libinput-bin_1.10.6-1_amd64.deb" and the behavior did inprove but it does still not work flawlessly. The cursor still jumps somethimes especially if moved a short distance.
Did I miss something or could it be, that the prior fideling about with config files has an effect on the outcome?
