You can search for packages at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu (although note https://launchpad.net/products/launchpad/+bug/61183 makes it hard to actually find the package you're after). After finding your package, you can click on "Bugs" and go to, eg https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bugs.
