@21: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-announce/2018-April/000231.html while you were demanding to be informed about every step developers and volunteers do at the release, they did their job and made the release happen. If you are really that interessted in the release process, i bet the teams would not reject volunteers to help them. But if you are just impatient, well, that makes you look not that good now.
