Yep it seems it comes from the x/Gnome keyboard layout conflict I have. I tried with another user's session and all is ok with pw-mng. Succefully and rapidly logging off and in again to open a session with my profile the described lag was there. On session opening I have this message : keyboard layout conflict between X and Gnome, which one do you wanna use? If I choose X the lag is there on first click.
