Public bug reported:

To set up BIT for backing up to a Luks encrypted external HDD when the
drive is plugged, I had to modify the udev rule.

I had to replace

ACTION=="add"

to

ACTION=="change"

in order to get BIT to start backup automatically once the disk is
plugged. udev fires a 'change' event once the disk is decrypted and
ready for writing, not 'add'.

BIT 1.1.24~xenial on Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS

** Affects: backintime (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
