I'm hitting a problem with this kernel when testing the r45 snap. Starting with
a clean install, I snap refresh --beta --ignore-validation dragonboard-kernel
It installs fine, but then after rebooting it never becomes available. I
reproduced this at home and I see the same problem. Nothing on serial console
after "Starting kernel ..."
