Thanks for the feedback. I also feel this is a database related bug. But somewhere I see the gis .so files giving the bug. Related to ubuntu, I want to say, that there were several .so files, which I tried removing while doing a fresh installation of postgres to resolve my issue, but the installation was always picking mariadb-commons files which was named as libmysqlclient.so should there be a standard gis related dependency version that must take place in ubuntu repo to satisfy the other software release/distributions. please clarify If I am being able to point out my issue/concern of reporting this towards ubuntu properly. I will try to provide more related information on your answer, if needed.
