Public bug reported:

suggests python-gpgme package that is obsolete according:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pygpgme/+publishinghistory

and according to debian bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=876844
the successor is python-gpg package.

but 'python-gpg' does not satisfy the dependency, since the dropbox installer
still warns:
"Note: python-gpgme is not installed, we will not be able to verify binary
signatures."

steps to reproduce on ubuntu 18.04:
1. $ sudo apt install nautilus-dropbox python-gpg
2. $ /usr/bin/dropbox update
3. see the gui 'Dropbox Installation' window

** Affects: nautilus-dropbox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
