Public bug reported:
I have 2 monitors... center (primary) with plank on left. 2nd monitor
or left. If plank "hide dock" is off, i can't drag windows to the left
monitor. They go 80% to the left monitor, but "stick" and won't go any
farther at about the maximize button. If i set the doc to hide
(intellihide), I can drag windows over to the left monitor.
** Affects: plank (Ubuntu)
