Bug description:
As I already said the switch between summer and wintertime did worked
for me on gutsy, which is really bad.
Expected behavior:
Summer / Winter time switch should work automatically, without internet
connection, and there should be a notification about it.
PS: After all I decided to turn on the "Keep synchronized with internet
servers" feature. I did enabled this, restarted my computer and the time
is still wrong.
