If you have indeed deleted the "Extensions" folder, you have deleted all of
your addons that were inside it! If so, you'll need to re-install each
addon! If your operating system is Windows XP, here is the usual location of
the "extensions.rdf" file and the "Extensions" folder that you appear to
have deleted:

C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Application
Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<your profile folder>
