Public bug reported:
I hibernated my computer yesterday and then put it on again at 2:50am daylight
saving time, before daylight time change. after that the computer immediately
went to sleep and after i woke him up to another hibernation. after that i
could use the computer but the time was not changed at 3:00am even though I
synchronised.
I think the timers for the sleep and hibernate should consider the daylight
saving time.
