Yes, this is the desktop file I used: """ [Desktop Entry] Type=Application Name=GNOME Software X-GNOME-Autostart-Delay=60 Exec=/usr/bin/gnome-software --gapplication-service OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity; NoDisplay=true """
I tried with 60s but it can probably be more. The drawback is that gnome-software is used as a search provider and package search won't be available until it's running. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1756379 Title: Delay start of gnome-software service To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-software/+bug/1756379/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
