Public bug reported: Please sync octave 4.2.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: This is an upstream bug fix release. There are no library ABI or API changes. This release fixes in particular the bug "octave-gui crashed with SIGABRT" that is reported in LP #1731399 and duplicates #1751408, #1755172, and #1756027.
