It's not the fact that there's a warning where there genuinely should be one - it's the fact that the warning is generated by the conflicting configuration in **base** system packages, i.e. rsyslog is marked as "important" and "ubuntu-minimal" metapackage depends on it. Therefore, **no** such warnings should be generated by default config of base packages - these configs **should** be adjusted so that there are no glitches and no unnecessary warnings/errors triggered. I don't think I need to mention time wasted "downstream" trying to figure out what's *wrong* with a newly installed system.
