Hello again: As a follow-up, I wanted to note that I tried the suggestion for removing the module and reloading it. Doing so does allow me to reconnect without having to reboot (thank you), but I still keep having to do it repeatedly. Sometimes it happens several times in an hour, other times it happens after several hours.
