Public bug reported:

Run Lubuntu Next 18.04 Beta 1 as a live USB. You will be prompted to
"Please select the default Window Manager", and offered just one option:
"Other...". You can't proceed until you select a binary, for which you
must know the name of at least one. Good luck if you have no internet
access at this point. If you do correctly select /usr/bin/openbox, the
session starts (but see bugs #1754502 and #1754503).
The box really should be pre-filled with all valid window managers
available on the installation medium.
