[Impact] The openstack CLI interactive shell is unusable. More details in bug description above.
[Test Case] Install python-openstackclient and attempt to enter the interactive shell: $ openstack Exception raised: When using gi.repository you must not import static modules like "gobject". Please change all occurrences of "import gobject" to "from gi.repository import GObject".
