Public bug reported: Strangely, the "wall" plugin offers an edge trigger delay. It can be adjusted with CCSM.
However, this feature is secretly disabled in /usr/share/compiz/wall.xml by four instances of <nodelay>true</nodelay>. Please revise this frustrating decision and set <nodelay>false</nodelay>.
