This does not fit the ordinary policy for blacklisting; if the
maintainer uploads a new version in Debian, it is presumably because
they have fixed the RC bugs and we should sync it again.

Also, the *-tilelive-* packages themselves don't appear to be buggy,
they just depend on the one that is; so for now I will demote these to
-proposed rather than remove them.
